Department: Bible, Religion and Philosophy

David, a member of the MMA (Mennonite Mutual Aid) Board of Directors for 12 years, thrives in Tabor’s environment of an Anabaptist, evangelical view of higher education.

He wants students to realize life of the mind is important in one’s faith journey. He stresses an Anabaptist, evangelical understanding of God is rationally defensible, and he wants students to realize our understanding of God must result in faithful, obedient action.

David has taught Sunday School to both children and adults at Ebenfeld Mennonite Brethren Church. He and his wife, Connie, have three children: Amanda, Rebecca, and Harrison.
