Interterm
Tabor provides for an Interterm during the month of January. You’ll have the opportunity to earn up to four credit hours through on-campus or independent study, including study abroad. Courses during Interterm give students an opportunity for uninterrupted and intensive study of a particular subject. Over the course of four years, this can amount to 12 or more hours of class credit, with no additional tuition costs.
There are a number of Interterm travel experiences offered. Pursue history in Europe, intercultural communication in Asia, missions in the inner city, or biblical studies in Jerusalem. Ask your admissions counselor for information on how to take advantage of Interterm opportunities.
“Through Tabor, I was able to go to Israel for three weeks during January, 2007. This was an awesome experience to see the places in the Bible come to life and talk to local people about the conflict going on there.” – Emily Hasty, Sophomore
