Computer Systems Administration

Network Administration is one of the fastest growing professions. The Computer Systems Administration program at Tabor College is designed as a broad-based approach to give the graduate in-depth knowledge of a wide variety of concepts and how they are implemented in various systems. The program will prepare the graduate to work in the network environment: supporting users, managing network operating systems, and planning for and rolling out new technologies in a live system. The program includes preparation for the CompTIA certifications A+, Network+, and IT Project+, the Novell CNA and some of the required Novell CNE exams. The student will become familiar with many network protocols and how to establish various intranet/internet services.
