Online Payment Options
Tabor Summer Online Payment Options
The following guidelines are for payment for your online summer classes.
Session 1: May 29 – July 6, 2012
Session 2: July 9 – August 17, 2012
A $300 non-refundable deposit is required at time of enrollment as a good faith statement to participate in the Summer Coursework at Tabor College.
1) Full financial settlement must be made by May 29 for Session I and by July 9 for Session 2 unless a plan for payment is approved by the Office of Business Services.
Any remaining balance not be covered by loans, scholarships, other institutional aid, or the minimum deposit will require a monthly payment plan or a plan for payment approved by the Office of Business Services. If any balance remains after May 29 for Session I and after July 9 for Session 2, a $50.00 financial settlement fee will be assessed.
2) If full financial settlement will not be made by the deadline date for each session, a non-refundable deposit of $300.00 will be required at time of enrollment regardless of pending aid or loans or other approved plans for payment. If a deposit is not made, the College reserves the right to deny privileges of class attendance/participation. For continuing students that are scheduled to receive financial aid in the summer, your aid must cover all tuition and fees. Any remaining balance not covered by aid and/or the minimum deposit will require a plan for payment by May 29.
3) Arrangements for monthly payments must be made with the Office of Business Services.
A $50.00 installment payment plan fee will be assessed. (One-time fee)
4) A monthly fee of $25.00 will be charged on any unpaid balances which are not included in an approved installment payment arrangement, as well as for each late payment in an approved payment plan.
5) Should approved arrangements for payment not be on record in the Office of Business Services or should payment due dates be missed, denial of privileges as stated above will be initiated by the Vice President for Business and Finance in consultation with other members of the college administration.
6) Beginning the process of or completing applications for financial aid does not take the place of financial settlement with the Office of Business Services.
