The Social Science department offers concentrations in history, political science, psychology, sociology, and history and social work. The curriculum allows students to tailor degree plans to meet specific needs and career goals. The Social Science department strives to be consistent with Tabor’s commitment as a Christ-centered liberal arts college, and to minister to the needs of all people.
The social science degree will expose students to various fields in aspects of human behavior and equip them with skills to think critically. Students will gain broad experiences that will prepare them for a future career in anthropology, sociology, psychology, history, political science, philosophy, and or pre-law.
