For the 10th straight year, Tabor College has earned a national, Tier 1 ranking in the 2014 edition of Best Colleges by U.S. News Media Group, being ranked 50th in the division of regional colleges in the Midwest.
An external source is recognizing the quality of a Tabor education,” said Jules Glanzer, Tabor College president. “With so many college choices available to students, it means a lot that we are consistently in the top tier.”
Rusty Allen, vice president of enrollment management and collegiate athletics, agrees.
“The US News and World Report rankings are one of many ways we can measure the overall excellence at Tabor College,” Allen said.
Glanzer and Allen also indicated these results show the level of commitment faculty, administration and staff have to the mission of Tabor College. That is, to prepare people for a life of learning, work, and service for Christ and his kingdom.
“We are thankful for the hard work and dedication of so many who have faithfully served at Tabor College,” Allen said. ”The US News and World Report rankings are an indicator of the good work so many people have done.”
