Tabor College (Wichita) seeks nursing faculty positions to teach in its RN-BSN degree completion program. Adjunct, part-time, and full-time positions available.
Qualifications: Master’s degree required; doctorate preferred. A current, unencumbered Kansas registered nursing license is required. Current clinical practice in nursing research and quantitative data analysis, nursing leadership and/or management, professional practice, and/or project management is desired. Successful candidates must support the Nursing Department Conceptual Framework and understand and support the mission and goals of an evangelical, Anabaptist Christian college (refer to www.tabor.edu) and must be able to articulate a personal Christian commitment.
The nursing program is accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education.

Department of Social and Behavioral Sciences Faculty Position
Description: Assistant/Associate Professor. This is a full-time faculty position including field placement coordinator and teaching.
Qualifications: M.S.W. required, doctorate preferred. Licensed or license-eligible as a social worker in Kansas. Teaching assignment may include both lower and upper-level social work classes in your area of personal expertise. These areas could include practice courses, policy, research, and human development. Student advising, student recruitment and committee work is also required. Commitment to the goals and mission of Tabor College as a Mennonite Brethren institution is essential (refer to www.tabor.edu).
Rank/Salary Rank is dependent on experience and qualifications. The salary is competitive with Kansas private colleges.
Department: This position is within the Social and Behavioral Sciences Department. Academic majors within the department include Social Work, Psychology, and a Social Science Major with differing concentrations.

Assistant or Associate Professor of Visual Art (Graphic Design)
Primary teaching duties include introductory, intermediate, and advanced graphic design courses. The ability to teach both print and digital media is strongly preferred. Proficiency using the Macintosh platform and Adobe Creative Suite applications (primarily InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and preferably Flash, and Dreamweaver) is expected. Additional duties include supervision of a graphic design computer lab. The applicant should possess at least three years of successful teaching experience. The applicant must indicate an understanding of teaching graphic design within the context of a Christian liberal arts institution.
Qualifications: MFA in Graphic Design or related field
Start Date: August 2012
Rank is dependent on experience and qualifications. The salary is competitive with Kansas private colleges.
