Director of Development
Description: The Director of Development gives leadership to and coordinates a comprehensive strategy for securing Tabor (annual) Fund income from alumni, parents, churches, corporations, foundations and friends of the college. As a member of the Advancement Team, the Director of Development ensures that all constituents are appropriately cultivated and given opportunity to invest in the ministry of Tabor College. This is a full-time, 12 month position.
Specific Duties:- Manages the Tabor Fund cycle.
- Segments solicitations to acquire new donors, renew lapsed donors, and upgrades current donors.
- Personally cultivates and solicits prospects on a monthly basis through donor visitation, phone conversations, campus tours, personal correspondence, direct mail and events.
- Partner with other areas of the college to maximize corporate relationships.
- Keeps current with trends in stewardship and philanthropy.
- Holds professional membership in the Christian Leadership Alliance, Assoc of Fundraising Professionals, or similar organization.
- B.A. Degree required, Masters preferred, Professional Certificate helpful
- Minimum 3-5 years of fund raising and development experience with demonstrated results
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Good network skills – outgoing personality, willing to meet people, good listener

Director of Graduate Theological Education
Tabor College’s School of Adult & Graduate Studies, located in Wichita, KS seeks a FT Director of a new graduate degree program in theological education.
This is an administrative position with some teaching duties as well. The Director will be involved in designing and launching the new masters program, establishing and measuring outcomes, and ensuring a high quality curriculum & adjunct faculty.
Preferred qualifications include a regionally accredited doctorate, ministry and higher education experience, experience with technology and online learning, an innovative & entrepreneurial spirit, an ability to accomplish goals, and a passion for graduate theological education.

Program Directors for School of Adult & Graduate Studies, Wichita, KS
The School of Adult & Graduate Studies in Wichita is seeking Program Directors for the MBA, M.Ed and Christian Ministries programs. Program directors are 1/4 time administrative positions that oversee the program. Duties include about 10-12 hours a week to advise, maintain curriculum, oversee assessment and outcome data, administrate the program, etc.
Teaching in the program is outside of the administrative duties and is paid at current adjunct rates.

Student Success/Male Resident Director
Description: Full time live-in position.
Responsibilities:- Supervising a student staff of 4-6 and creating community and providing general supervision for 75-100 students living within student housing.
- Coordinating efforts to support the academic success of students through mentoring and responding to early alert system.

Head Men’s and Women’s Tennis Coach
Tabor College is seeking applications for Head Women’s and Men’s Tennis Coach. Three-quarter time position. Can be combined with athletic administration or teaching in the Physical Education Department for full-time. Head coaches are responsible for all aspects of developing a competitive NAIA program including practice organization, match management, individual player development, budgeting, fund raising, and recruiting.

Admissions Counselor
Description: Tabor College seeks an Admissions Counselor. Full time exempt position responsible for recruiting students in a designated territory. Major duties include representing Tabor at designated gatherings of prospective students, hosting prospective students who visit campus, working with various departments on campus in helping to appeal to prospective student interests and managing a database of prospective student names.
A bachelor’s degree is required. The successful candidate must communicate a personal commitment to Jesus Christ, have strong relational and organizational skills and possess the ability to effectively work together with an enrollment management team.

Campus Pastor
Responsibilities: Plan chapel schedules and programs, contacting speakers, musicians or groups to participate; speak in chapel up to twice per month; be available for spiritual counsel or giving advice to students; recruit/mentor/supervise chapel interns in conjunction with the Bible Dept.; advise CMC (Campus Ministries Council); plan spring break service trips; and provide on-going supervision, training and support for the discipleship coordinators.
Qualifications: Candidates should have a Masters degree in ministry, theology or a closely related area. Candidates should have a thorough understanding of biblical theology and spiritual formation; a thorough understanding and agreement with the anabaptist and evangelical position of the college; significant experience with college students; understanding of adolescent and adult development; have an understanding of current trends and issues in youth culture; have experience speaking to large groups; and have the ability to build consensus, work closely with colleagues and to develop appropriate programming to facilitate spiritual growth.
